WHO: All current 7th and 8th interested In football/weightlifting
What: Introduction to weightlifting techniques and strength building
When: Every Monday & Wednesday from Feb 1st-April 26th, 5:30-6:30
Where: Smoky Hill High School weight room
Cost: $200 total to attend all sessions OR $10 per class to drop in to individual sessions
This program is designed to introduce proper lifting techniques to middle school athletes for all sports. The program will be safe and age-appropriate; our coaches will focus on safe & proper techniques that are age-appropriate for middle school athletes. Sessions will focus on upper body, lower body, and core workouts!
