There is a daily work out session, scheduled to start on May 24 and run through May 27th. 4:00pm – 6:00pm at the school.
If you are planning to travel, and want to make sure your player has every opportunity to work out with the program over the summer, the best travel weeks are going to be from May 29 – June 6.
June 6th, weight training will begin. The time is TDB, and will get an update pushed out once we have some more details.
