Parents,
As many of you know, we are staring the 2019 Football season. Those who work hard and are committed will come to the top. The coaching staff has strong beliefs in: SCHOOL, PROGRAM, TEAM, and PLAYER. We are focused on team and individual improvement. There is a lot to be excited about.
The time has come to set some mandatory deadlines that must be met. I need everyone to know and understand the importance of being registered for football by August 9 on Planet HS. It needs to be done through the Smoky Hill Athletics office. We have some deadlines to meet on the Buff Cards: WE NEED ALL BUFF CARDS SOLD AND COLLECTED by August 9. Consequences for not meeting the August 9 deadline will mean missing official practice on August 12. Those who do not practice on August 12 will not be eligible to participate in the August 23 scrimmage vs Thunder Ridge.
It is always tough to start the season and school all at once. We want and need everyone to be able to play on August 23. Look forward to seeing everyone at the show on Friday evening!
